Unacceptable Verification Process for Revolut Virtual Visa Card

Dear LeoVegas,

I am writing this forum post to express my deep dissatisfaction with your casino's verification process for virtual Visa cards issued by Revolut Bank. I have faced several issues in trying to verify my account, and your customer support has not been helpful in resolving the matter.

To provide some context, I have a virtual Visa card from Revolut Bank, and the Revolut app does not allow taking screenshots of virtual cards for security reasons. Despite this, I have uploaded both a card confirmation and a bank statement showing a transaction made to your casino. However, these documents were rejected by your verification team.

When I contacted your customer support, I was initially told to upload a bank statement, which I had already done. After that, I was asked to upload a screenshot of the virtual card – an impossibility due to Revolut's security measures. To confirm, I reached out to Revolut's support chat, and they reiterated that the only way to verify the card is by providing the card confirmation and/or the bank statement, which I have already submitted.

Your customer support continues to insist on a screenshot of the card, and when I explain that it's not possible, they direct me back to the Revolut support chat. This back-and-forth has made it seemingly impossible to verify my account.

To make matters worse, the only reason I deposited funds using the virtual Visa card was that LeoVegas does not accept withdrawals via Mastercard, even though I initially deposited via Mastercard. This has resulted in a very frustrating experience.

I urge you to address this issue and find a solution that accommodates the verification process for virtual Visa cards issued by Revolut Bank. The current process is not only inconvenient but also demonstrates a lack of understanding of your customer's needs and available financial services.

Sincerely,

Asher
