Leovegas KYC torture

i am a customer of leovegas since early 2019 and never had any issues with them.

made lots of cashouts and deposits, all with and to the same bank acc.

the documents i provided them are my driver license and some utility bills.

now they wanted some docuemtns again. no problem i thought.

after several tries with their new KYC partner "hooyu.com" they finally accepted the documents only to reject a day and a cashout later.

customer support told me everything is fine and it looked like it.

but suddenly i need to verify again.

 

anyone else experiencing some troubles with leo recently?

any thoughts on that "hooyu.com" verification site? looks a bit shady to me.

Effing Hooyu. They are the absolute worst. Never had them at a casino, but several times had them when trying to open a bank account. Suffice to say this POS verification company is why I don't have a Natwest, RBS or First Direct  account as their verification just does not work. If Leo are going to be using them maybe I need to stop playing there.
