Can i ask, are casino gorunds not checking the casinos before accepting a partnership? To my issue: My country got banned, so the IP is blocked. I can´t login. So i was forced to use a VPN to contact the Live Support. The chat told me something like, it is not allowed to use a VPN. So? How can i contact them else, when they don´t reply on my mails? So last update is: my documents are verified, the support make an manual withdrawal request (as i cant login) and i´m still waiting. I contacted the MGA and asked about there licence, and they said jonny casino has no licence from MGA. Any ideas, how to solve the problem and get my hard winnings back? Quote Link to comment

Did you read the terms and conditions prior to sign up to make sure you weren't excluded as some sites will have it in the terms and conditions but you aren't necessarily blocked geographically. I can imagine a manual withdrawal will take a considerable time longer than normal. Have you considered checking in with the live support how you had done before to see if you can get an update? But, why are you searching the misstake on my side and don´t say anything about the non existent MGA licence, thats a scandal! You must have good experience with them. Quote Link to comment
