So i deposited 100 euro and got a 100% bonus on 7bitcasino October 26th. 
I got a 1€ bonus on Gods of Asgard Megaways (Iron Dog Studios) between oct 26th & oct 27th 
Before last spin i have ~228€ in the bonus, and as I see the last spin was going to hit big, the game crashes. 

I contact live chat, and support via. E-mail. 
Days goes by, i keep getting the same standard message. Today, 12 days later, with 2 days to go to get my bonus rolled over. The support from 7bitcasino contacts me with this e-mail:

I was NOT paid from this bonus round. I had 80-100 euro i decided to donate on Bonanza Billion on 0,75 stake, while waiting on to collect my bonus round from Gods of Asgard Megaways.
But somehow when i open Gods of Asgard Megaways it still gives me the same error, with "player is an active bet"

This game is the most buggy game I have ever played got free spins and after 3 spins the "free spins complete" popped up and the free spins ended😂Think op the problem was with the game provider and not casino......
