Hejgo Casino (N1 Limited Casino) withdrawl issues

Hello,

I have trouble with withdrawl on Hejgo Casino and would love to hear your thoughts and maybe someone can help.

Have been playing on Hejgo a couple of weeks now, made numerous deposits and already 3 withdrawls of approx 850€ so far. I sent all required documents for verification, Personal ID, proof of address, proof of bank account. These documents were all accepted and everything seemed good, since I was able to withdraw (last successful withdrawl was on 20.09.22 btw.)

Yesterday I wanted to make withdrawl with the usual withdrawl method and suddenly they cancel the withdrawl of 284 € and  ask me for further documents for verification. I was like what the hell? Why? I used the same deposit method, I did not receive any heads up on depositing money that I wont be able to withdraw unless I provide these documents, which are highly sensitive information of my savings over the last 3 months and how they came to be. Information, that I would rather not share with a casino to be honest. 
I read through terms and conditions and nowhere it states, that they can ask for these documents. I mean heck, I successfully verified my account before, my last withdrawl was 12 days ago... Whenever I try to reach support they don't answer me, why they need this information. Only a bot like answer: "We need it to very your account."

Great. So my question: Is this even legal? Did you have simular issues before? How is your experience with Hejgo Casino or N1 Limited Casinos in general? 
To be honest this is such a painfuly experience and VERY inconvenient to say the least. Last time I am playing there.... 

Hope someone can help as the support is not getting back to me properly.
