12k Winnings Confiscated /Nitro casino

I am posting this as I have finally had the courage to do so 

I will try to make this as brief but informative as possible And I will also be completely honest what happened !!

A couple of weeks ago I signed up with nitro  Casino I did a $500 and got a match deposit bonus No issues so far Ended up with $12,700 Then I decided to do a withdrawal having not yet been verified I got myself fully verified!

and after about one week of them not sending my money to my bank I got a devastating email from them telling me I will get my $500 back and my winnings will be confiscated 

There main reason ; A few years back I also played on one of their sister sites and did a self exclusion due to gambling issues And I guess that is where I broke the terms and conditions by signing up again on one of their sites 

so I was able to sign up with nitro casino, make a deposit, and to get fully verified With no issues no one ever mentioning that I did a self exclusion and I should not be playing on any of their sites Only after five days of them digging and holding my withdrawal is when they found there a reason to confiscate the wins 

my conclusion is, besides wanting all my winnings is :when I enter my email address to sign up why would it not pop up that I am self excluded and if not at that time maybe when I do my deposit and if not at that time then maybe when i do the full verification 

and just for kickers I went back the other day to do this to see if i could sign up again ,this time what happens after I have entered my email address it recognizes that I already have an account and can't go any further Which is what should've happened in the first place and this could've all been avoided

besides wanting all of my winnings back I would like everyone's honest opinion if I have a clam here or are you siding with the casino

I think deep down you know the answers you'll get here already. It fucking hurts and you want that money but

But the thing is, why not honour the withdrawal and then block account!?

It''s a carefully set up shitshow with miniscule print on their TC's.

Easy way to screw you later on and not set up any detection beforehand

It's not like they can cancel the rounds after the wins made an impact on RTP. 

They have their own rules defending themselves , but it's scammy thing in a scammy industry

They hold all the cards pal but it seems they haven't acted in a responsible manner  ,  i dont think you will get it in a day or a week or so but if it was me in that situation then i would fight it all the way using whatever resources are out there to help me .

 

Had you lost that deposit then i dont see the Casino handing you it back as you were excluded etc etc  , they want the cake and they want to eat it as well ,  give it your best shot and fight it but you will have to be patient  , good luck pal with it      😉

Is anything happened with your case?  Because i just get robbed out by them  in the same way. I used to banned myself out in their sister site 21.com. Now they took all my winnings and also my deposits!!

Casino's always will try to do anything in their power to keep the money. It's quite sad imo certain things are possible..

Yes, i connected with MGA  im not sure if they can help me at least to get my deposits back, because thats absolutely not the casinos money.:(  They just took it from me without any provision.

don't put any hope in MGA which the streamers always brag ,oh we are playing on a MGA license casino

I know this will maybe hurt but the best thing is if they don't give any of your money back and stop gambling

you can do it I know that because since the scam site did this to me I have stopped gambling and believe me now I am a winner

I understand your opinion, and if i wont get my winnings, i will do the same, and stop gambling. I will never trust in any site anymore. Im really happy to hear, you stopped gambling. This is the best think we can do i think. But at least i tried my best   to get back at least my deposits. But did you get your deposits back? And did you also speak with MGA?

if you did lose the €500 you would get it back too as you are self excluded
