chips456 Posted 25 April, 2022 Share Posted 25 April, 2022 (edited) Was playing pragmatic blackjack (my first mistake I guess) was having no issues, then I get a hand of 13 against dealer Ace, insurance round goes through, and then after insurance I had no options on my screen to stand, hit, or double just the time ticking down (never thought to screenshot) when the time ran out it stood automatically and the next 2 cards were a 2, then a 6 which would be 21 for me, dealer had a 9 under for 20. My bet was $40 CAD on main hand. Contacted live support asking for my bet amount back and they said they couldn't help. Guess nothing to be done about it?
