1bet rewoked big win of 500k

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I won on 10/11/2021 500k on monopoly, but my casino 1bet says you are NOT allowed to earn more than 100k per day in Terms and conditions, all my wins rewoked…

I have questions:

-Can a casinos limit wins of these kind of live casinos are played with real money?

-What happened to this money?

-Can a casino use this money for his own cash register, because that was my money, which I risked and won

-I contacted monopoly live chat they say: Payments are on side of your casino, we cant do anything. Only can raise a ticket there

In the meantime 1bet has changed their terms and conditions:

Before: Customer’s maximum winning amount per day can’t exceed €100,000.
After: Customer’s maximum winning amount per day (of any type or kind) can’t exceed €100,000.

This money is not paid from casino, these kind of money comes from evolution gaming company... I was on this page 1bet VIP but nobody helps suddenly...

Yo dude, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems though just to help clarify, Evolution have nothing to do with players money and do not handle the money side - Evolution is just a game provider who run the game studios and Casinos merely pay them a monthly rental fee if they wish to host Evolution games on their website. Apart from selling them game products, Evolution have absolutely no connection with any casinos. All of your deposits, wins, losses & withdrawals are handled by your casino only and it is your casino rules/T&C's that you are playing under always.

With regards your problem of them refusing extra winnings, I'm not qualified to answer that, though from my experience if it was included in the T&C's upon sign-up, then generally the casino will be in the right to claim you've broken the T&C's now. Some more knowledgeable people on here may be able to advise you better, though personally, if a casino has a solid T&C defence then they rarely change their mind, and being under a Curacao licence only isn't the best sign either. It may end up being a hard lesson learnt only, though I'll wish you luck trying to get it off them and certainly try for some goodwill gesture if not.

With that amount of money.

1. Why have you left it until now?

2. Have you logged a complaint with the casino and continued to follow up everyday?

3. Have you found out which license they operate under and tried to submit a complaint with an external regulatory third party?

4. The information you provided is limited. How much did you deposit, where you wagering a bonus? Etc...
