It gets to the last spin, and the reels freeze. After about 5mins my game then times out and I'm forced to close the game. Live chat is currently unavailable, so I've sent an email. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this before, and is there something I could try to do to self fix the problem? So the casino contacted the game provider, and they were told the outcome of the bonus round which i could see anyway thankfully as it glitched on the last spin. They paid me out and the game was fixed, problem solved and i was happy. Took maybe 24hrs for it all to be fixed. 1 Quote Link to comment
