Beem casino be aware

Hello,i signed up via casinogrounds today to beem casino. Used the "exclusive" bonus of 170% up to 150 euro. Made a deposit of 88 euro to get the max bonus out of it and got lucky to get my biggest win ever,5600 x on legacy of ra. Then after sending email (since livechat did not work) i asked about withdrawal. And got told 10x your deposit which is 880 euro max to cash out,i mean wtf? Why is this not mentioned in the review of the casino on this site? When something is exclusive,its usual different terms,instead you get same terms as normal welcome bonus,but in total way less money you can withdraw. If i knew this cap also was for this exclusive bonus i would never ever sign up,and i doubt anyone would,why would you play any slot then that can give you more than 2000x when they just "steal" most of your money when you try to withdraw? and yes i read the terms before i started to play,but i would assume since nothing mentioned in the review about a cap,no such thing should be applied for us signing up via casinoground. 

Im shocked to say the least,and i have seen now that there has been other complaints about this casino on the forum and still you continue to promote it They even state in the terms " All cashouts when playing with a bonus are limited to a maximum of ten times (x10) your deposit amount.The casino has the right to increase the limit for players at its discretion"

i mean common,who do you think benefits for this so called possibility for increased cap? Streamers and such of course. This smell so fishy,i bet they even gonna use stalling tactics when i try to withdraw,judging by commments here on the forum and askgambler. Shame i did not see it before i signed up. So im sitting on a balance of 3500 euro and must only play low volatile games so i dont win "too big" before wager is cleared since they will take most of it anyway. If this does not get sorted by the ones who run casingrounds,im gonna take the necessary steps to make sure no more players gets screwed over by this site. Hell,even the normal welcome bonus they have,makes you be able to withdraw more than with this so called exclusive bonus via casinogrounds,so basically there is nothing in it for us players to register via this site.

i seriously question my decision to keep following you Letsgiveitaspin when stuff like this occurs and you feel helpless when nothing gets done about it,and you keep promoting it like nothing has happened. And i have been following you almost since the very start,and now i feel like i dont want to watch any streamer at all when you just get  "scammed" like this.It is not necessary Letsgiveitaspins fault,but still someone has to take responsibility for this. You have much respect from me and others and have done alot for the community,but stuff like this cant continue,surely there are other casinos in here that should have been removed as well.its enough to take a look at askgamblers and see that Beem casino have 57 complaints,which is ALOT. Screams a red light all the way,and something is not even exclusive when its worse than the original welcome bonus. In the end part of this is my bad,trusting stuff to be something it isnt. But that does not take away the fact that this offer is a joke,and the term as well,it does no good for any player. 

I dont expect anyone from cg to reply to this,as with the other posts about Beem casino in here,but you can always hope there is a light in the tunnel.

Hey @isheriae we always try and help players, I have seen the message you have sent me today and have forwarded your concern to the casino, along with all the other issues players had in the past. If nothing changes, we will reconsider cooperation with the casino in question.

Please let me know if there is anything todo about their ridiculous 10x deposit as max withdrawal. I would assume that Casinogrounds wouldnt have an exclusive offer with terms that is basicly a joke and that this should be fixed? 

Im in the same boat as Isheriae where 6366.49 euros will be removed from my account if my withdrawal ever goes through.  Just horrible feeling knowing that you hit big, finish wager on 7816 euros and then figure out that I may only withdraw 1450 euros. That is if I get my withdrawal which has been pending since 12th of March along with my verification from same date. 

Another note to put in about Beem is that several of their withdrawal methods are fake. MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller etc is not available at all. Personally I always check for MuchBetter as withdrawal method since it has never let me down. It was infact one of the main reasons I choose to deposit to Beem and then just to figure out that it was false advertising. Now im forced to use bank transfer instead which often causes problems for Norwegian players.

Sure hope something will change,seeing there are many others having issue with this casino. It is simply not good enough and having a ridicolous term that should not be something casinoground should be promoting.

I feel for you,can only imagine what will happen once i clear the wager,which i am very likely to do,probably gonna be a nightmare to get any money out and all,and then you have the 10x deposit max...beyond a joke
