warnocs Posted 14 January, 2022 Share Posted 14 January, 2022 In the midst of september a withdrawal request was accepted by LeoVegas and i have to this day not recieved it. They say that the withdrawal has been made, but my bankstatement says otherwise. I've provided LeoVegas with a complete bankstatement for that account per 31.12.2021 which they seem to not accept, (i dont really know since they dont answer e-mails very often). I'ts about 3 months since i first raised my concern and i've never been taken seriously, They just asked me to provide documentation, and when i finally (31.12.2021) got a bankstatement from my bank, they asked for a bankstatement for a specific period of time, even though the bankstatement 31.12.2021 shows every transaction that year. Since i pointed that out, i haven't heard anything. What should i do? Im really sad and frustrated and feel completely helpless. Quote Link to comment
