jchneo Posted 26 November, 2021 Share Posted 26 November, 2021 Was playing on novibet doing a little bonus hunt, hit the ‘Dead’ bonus after about 2 million spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild - felt like 2 million! Anyways I closed the game down and saved the bonus, I went to play it out later that day and it had vanished, the game ID in my casino history did not indicate any return from that spin. I emailed support and they contacted the provider who said clear cache and cookies and send us a screenshot of the error message, there is no error message, the game loads up as if it’s a new session. Why has this bonus round suddenly vanished? As if it isn’t hard enough to get a bonus on this slot! Quote Link to comment
TheManbearpig Posted 26 November, 2021 Share Posted 26 November, 2021 Zero return because after 2millions spins u triggered zero bonus. U must buy bonus on it not trying to trigger it...jeeesus Quote Link to comment

joshnadin Posted 26 November, 2021 Share Posted 26 November, 2021 Hacksaw tend to only save the bonus' for a limited period of time before they will automatically 'open' and the result be added to your balance. Or, as previously mentioned, if it's sadly a zero bonus, nothing be added to the balance. Dead or a Wild, as with anything from Hacksaw, is obviously super volatile, and can regularly pay out nothing in the bonus rounds. Get in touch with Live Support, and if you can provide them with the Bet ID for the round that triggered the feature. They can get in touch with Hacksaw, and they will be able to provide you with a replay link for that specific game round so you can see exactly what happened. This may take a few days for the game provider to get back to them, but I've done this with a number of online casinos in the past. Quote Link to comment
