Something needs to be done about UK casino terms

I'm continuing this discussion because I'm annoyed at how UKGC regulated casinos are getting away with imposing a 1x wager on deposited balances. Like I mentioned, go to the fair terms and practices section of the gambling commission website and it clearly states No player is to meet any wagering requirements before requesting to withdraw from a deposit balance (a deposit balance being a real money deposit including winnings, no bonuses attached)

Now playing the money laundering argument is nonsense, there are source of funds checks in place to account for such a thing, proving where the money came from, thats what as source of funds check is, that is exactly what i do on all my accounts before i play. No casinos terms and conditions overrule what the UKGC set in place, and if I deposit at a casino, after being fully verified including source of funds checks, I should not be restricted if I deposit and win within the first spin and want to withdraw immediately, especially when its written in black and white on the governing bodies website!

1x wager on balance, is'nt that your 50 quid times one = 50 quid?

So whats the issue here? You need to play your winnings or what?

No the issue is i needed to wager £50, but I won after the first few spins on dead or alive 2, and i went to withdraw the winnings straight away, so I didn't wager much, maybe about £15, but there shouldn't be any wager it's not allowed!
