Casumo - withdrawal on 3000e canceled and put restriction on my account

Recommended Posts

Ive have been Casumo customer for many years.

Had made many deposits and many withdrawals.

My account has been  fully verified. even despite before some withdrawals they have been asking for more verification, i have provided them with that and i have received my funds.

When i made withdrawal of 3000eiro the withdrawal was canceled by 3thd party and they put restriction on me. They said the sum was too big and thats why previos withdrawals was not canceled because amount of withdrawals was less then 3000.

I have made deposits with card only , its not possible to made deposits with my account number. Now they asking me to provide pdf file of my account number statement with a deposit to casumo. I dont have such a file available at my online banking, because i have only depositors account number from wich no transactions ar made, so they ask this so they can transfer funds to my account number not to my card. But we all know the withdrawal method should be the same as last deposited.

Jo from support came with  full understaning and asked for a screenshot from my online banking with id number, account holders name, account number, swift code. so he can make withdrawal manualy , he was one of Casumo Ambassadors.

I provided this but Jo have dissapeared last days and revelent department is not accepting this what Jo asked and still insist on document i dont have and cannot provide.

Ive been in contact with casumo support everyday for weeks, but all the time hitting the wall and soon they will just close my account.

Any suggestions what can i do?

Casumo has gone to shit last couple years, but they will pay. Just try to give them what they ask and definitely so not gamble with any of your winnings. They use stalling tactics to get people to lose, their t&c says 3 days is max for withdrawal but they have taken 5-7 days for my withdrawals recently
