Arlekin Casino (Dama N.V.) capped winnings from deposit bonus to 50€ and changed bonus T&C retroactively

Hello everyone, 

I deposited, played and even withdrew from Arlekin casino successfully in the past. I am fully verified. 

Arlekin is not listed on casinogrounds but it is part of the Dama N.V. / Softswiss group, which in general is trustworthy despite Curaçao license. Their MGA counterpart is the N1 Interactive Ltd. group. 

Many Dama N.V. casinos  (e.g. Casitsu, Slotum, Megaslot, Wild Tornado, baocasino, 7bit) as well as N1 Interactive casinos (e.g. Dux, Samosa, Maneki, Casinouniverse, Spinia, Bob) are, however, listed here. So I thought I'd give it a shot and also I'd like to warn other users about Arlekin casino. 

Last week I received an email offer that granted 100% match deposit bonus + 50 FS. I played out and lost the match bonus. But I won 34€ from the free spins. I wagered this amount and was left with slightly above 1k€. After wagering my balance automatically reduced to 50€. Live Chat, as usual, was unable to help. An email from Friday last week was not answered by the casino until now. 

After I complained towards the casino about my winnings from deposit FS being capped, they even changed their bonus T&C 

from: "The maximum winning from no deposit free spins is 50 EUR/USD; [...]"

to: "The maximum winning from the free spins is 50 EUR/USD; [...]"

They are obviously now applying these changed bonus T&C retroactively to avoid paying a little win of 1k€. Makes you wonder what they are capable of when you really win big at this place. 

I am now missing out on 950€+ (1.000€ - 50€) which I won fair and square because they are capping my winnings which derived from a deposit bonus to 50€.

Avoid Arlekin casino at all cost!

Yeah, u def. got scammed here. I wouldn’t give up tbh. Do u got a screenshot of the old bonus terms?

Very shady if they changed the terms like that. I don’t have any experience with that brand though.. But if they really changed this u should get paid. Maybe check other Dama casino’s if they got the old terms still.

It’s either deposit freespins or no-deposit freespins. If any other terms apply this should be stated in the promo email.

Thank you for your sympathy! I won't give up, yet. I was always happy with Dama N.V. casinos, especially since from Germany you almost have to play at non-MGA licensed casinos because of all the stupid rules our government is imposing on EU-licensed casinos. (1€ max bet, 5 sec / spin, etc.) 

And Dama N.V. was always a trustworthy place for me. Even Arlekin itself. I deposited 500€ there and withdrew 1.000€. Never any problems. Until I won another 1k€ from deposit free spins. 

Fortunately, there are ways to see the history of websites online, and thereby, detect any changes and the time of them. 

Dama N.V. casinos all have their own wording of bonus T&C though, so there is no good comparison in between them.

Yeah, I can imagine it’s more fun to play at casino’s like that (until something like this happens ofc). I had an equal case with N1 casino though. I informed with chat after the terms were vague like Dama’s T&C. Chat said my winnings were not capped. Next day they were apparently. I would never play something like a NLC/Relax/Push when capped. Maybe starburst or DJ Wild 😅. Tough to see a grand vanish like that.
