Hello, i used a bonus from jacks gambling channels link on slot planet and have played on there several times but never cashed out. 2 days ago i cash out a large amount and suddenly i cant login and no one is responding to me on their website, what do i do.

Have you spoken to there live chat? 

The other thing is have you verified your documents including checked your emails/spam folder to make sure you've not missed any requests?

I have found with whitehat gaming they do block ur account if ur withdrawal is large until u have been verified like arw5533 said speak to live chat hope it gets sort
