Beem casino delaying withdrawals

Hi all

1 month ago (April 17th) I have requested 2 cashouts from beem casino (5k Euro). The next day I got a message from them that my withdrawals are forwarded to their finance team and to be patient. Since then nothing happened. I have contacted them many times ( email's and via chat), but they always say that the managers check every transaction and it takes time to do that. I think I was patient but in my opinion 1 month should be enough to process two withdrawals. Do you guys have any ideas what can I do? Any help would be appreciated 🙏

From what i can gather from recent and currently people waiting to be paid out and have now made a complaint on askgamblers, what i can gather is it looks like they've gone from max daily payout from 1k > 500 and now they have a max daily withdraw of 100 . I see alot of people only getting paid 100 a day, which is a little suspicious maybe a funds problem at the casino, or maybe i am just assuming. good luck

Dear kreditt93,

We sincerely apologize for the situation which has accrued. The limitations were temporary at that time and were established on the payment provider side, so we had to ask to make a request in installments.
The account was temporarily disabled due to maintenance and was unblocked back straight away and the rest of the cashouts requests were processed after that.
A lot of improvements were made during the past months, including cashout limits raise.
