Wildz Casino Complaint

I am having an issue with the above casino of verification of my phone number.They asked for verification stating my name and that the number is mine,due to this they have locked my account.Because I'm prepay I have told them I dont receive phone bills and that my phone provider does not send out emails for verification of numbers as there method of that is a txt code.I went onto the skinny app which has my details and screen shot it and sent it in,which then was denied because they dont accept screenshots,so I tried the support at skinny telling them my situation and asking to please send me an email verifying my number,count my blessings they were helpful and told me that they do not normally do that but will one time help me and send verification of number.I then forwarded it to Wildz casino and now theyr saying it's not sufficient evidence..The email does not have the skinny logo but has all ways to contact them if need be with a reference number.I have been with wildz for a little while now and am pulling my hair out trying to remedy this situation so that my account can be unlocked.

I need this matter to be sorted.i use to be a great fan of Wildz but now iv become a hater of how they go about there ways.
