Videoslots wheel of jackpots?

previously when i have played on videoslots i have randomly recieved a reward spin on the  "wheel of jackpots"  these spins on the wheel gave a cash prize and a chance at the jackpot.  the wheels randomly dropped quite often when playing alot but now since 2 months or something i havent gotten any of them at all.

 

so my question is does anyone else still get them?     

 

i asked the livesupport and she was kinda clueless, couldnt really answer since it drops "randomly" but i feel they have stopped dropping totally.

They are not random and drop though in game slot achievements like wins ina row usually 4 and total wins usually 500/1000/2500etc also account milestones like xp(money wagered)

I suffered the same because I was playing the same games , if you change up games you unlock achievements and more wheels 😃
