In dutch we have to pay only tax of it not located in Europe me question is is it in Europe because my authority says it is in quarcao what is not in Europe and the site says in Malta and that is in Europe can someone help me with this do you now where winny casino is running? NeWbZs Posted 3 May, 2021 Share Posted 3 May, 2021 You have to pay tax over EVERY win above €449 in or outside the EU. But the belastingdienst is not actively looking for winners to tax them so as long as you don't say anything you are just fine. Link to comment
