- Casumo Withdrawal denied

I tried to withdraw my winnings from Casumo

I sent all documents requested and my account was verified, as shown on the verification tab

The withdrawal tab, however, still stated verification required.

I have emailed them a multitude of times over the last week and Casumo are vague about when my withdrawal will unlocked.

Casumo keep saying that they are looking into it.

How long is it a reasonable time for my withdrawal to be accepted/unlocked?

I have attached screenshots showing the conflicting information on each time - verification accepted and verification required

Shouldn't take that long. I'm sure they will sort it if everything is in order. Good luck @Janet56
