Base game wins for countries not allowed to buy bonus

I am asking anyone who can clarify, what the chances of hitting big on base game bonuses, is it less to the rtp? I know that San Quentin is a different rtp for players, but not sure about the rest, such as Dead or Alive2, Iron Bank, Punk Rocker, Book of Shadows etc.. because I play them and don’t actually know what I am playing for! I have hit many many bonuses in base game but never hit anything major, is it a waste of time doing them because I am UK and we are not allowed to buy the bonuses here, not sure why and apparently they are also stopping auto spins for UK players also soon. I don’t see this as fair play because it should be the same chances for all, or ban gambling completely in the UK! Just my opinion on it!
