Caxino and Wheelz

I was debating on weather or not too open up a wheelz account and a few questions came into my mind:

1. As I have a Caxino account will I still be able to open a wheelz account or since they are from the same brand or am I only going to be allowed just wheelz or just Caxino

2. if I am only able to be registered on one of those two sites, which one should I keep (or change to) and why?

1. You can register both of them, they're very similar to each other but I guess it comes down to which one you like the general feel on most  

2. I guess I've already replied to this above, a side note is that Wildz is also a part of the same group
