leovegas banned my account without any reason

so I've been playing at leovegas for a good while now  and i never had any issues with them.  but my account got locked and i was told to send my passport bank stuff which I did 2 months it took to get back to me . and then today i get an email saying my account is banned but they wont say why or what i did wrong ?  this is what they said   Hello Lee,
I regret to inform you that we have made the business decision to close your account(s) with immediate effect.
This decision has been made in line with our Terms and Conditions, section 11.1, which states:
We reserve the right to close your Account at any time for any reason by giving you no less than one (1) month's written notice.

i dont know what i did wrong to get banned for  anyone any ideas as to why  this could of happened
