They are saying that my bank is rejecting the money and my bank is asking for proof about this, which they are not providing. So my money is stuck with the Casino. Has anyone faced this issue or know what to do about it. They have been saying they will escalate the matter for the past 2 months now and still nothing has happened. Link to comment

I got the casino to withdraw to Muchbetter instead and then to my bank, on the bank statement it states "deutche bank" on receiver and went through without problems. I guess you can use skrill, neteller, ecopayz etc as well, whatever you are using as 3rd party. 🙂 GL Link to comment
