Caxino not giving me correct information regarding withdrawal.

So on monday I've requested a withdrawal to my creditcard, it's been pending since then. They are telling me I need to verifiy my account, yet it says 

'account verification status - not requested'

I can't get a definite answer from their livechat either, all they say it's busy and they are working on it. I've uploaded things on monday aswell, but I doubt they are even looking at it. I just found out this is from the same owner as wildz and I've read alot of similair experiences other people have with that casino. Is there any rep from Caxino here that can help me out?

Once I get my money my account there will be closed instantly.
