Wildz Casino cashout and Verification

Hi i am currently having alot of trouble getting my withdraw from Wildz. com resolved i have waited since sep 17th for my documents to be resolved for a 12.000€ Cashout and all they answer is they have a big rush and blabla i even offered them taking out 4k over 3 installments but nothing has been resolved my withdrawals are still pending and my account is not being verified at all could i please get some help with this? Thanks
