wertygo Posted 28 August, 2020 Posted 28 August, 2020 So I self excluded myself last year for 6 months. Exclusion ended in June and I tried to log in - account locked. So I contacted customer support to clear it and open my account. Got the regular answer that it takes some time. Weeks and months pass by and I have contacted support several times always getting the same answer - Sorry, it takes time and I have marked Your case as URGENT! It's been almost 3 months but nothing. Don't even get automatical support chat transcripts anymore. HTF could this take 3 months to look over a simple unlock!!! Sad thing is that I really like LV and think it's a good casino in this wild wild west.
scribblebibbles Posted 28 August, 2020 Posted 28 August, 2020 Very strange, when i tried to unlock my account after my self exlcusion period on Leovegas ended they asked me some questions in live chat. Which were to see if i'd be able to control myself while gambleing, then after the questions they immeadiately went through with it and 24 hours later i was able to enter my account, because there's a 24 hour cooldown period from the request of an unlock to the actual unlock.
