Gunsbet casino cashout problems

Hi,
I made a deposit using my neosurf account. When i tried to cashout, they send me emial and wrote
'We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was cancelled. Unfortunately, Neosurf is unavailable method to make a withdrawal in your country. We kindly ask you to use Visa, EcoPayz or AstroPay as an alternative method to make a successful cashout. '
First of all I have only two deposit options(proof on  screenshot) neosurf and visa/mastercard. There are four withdraw options (proof on  screenshot)visa/mastercard, neosurf, skrill and neteller. This is misleading because when you want to withdraw using one of this option you need to min. deposit the same way and having only two options of deposit it's impossible to unlock skrill and neteller.
So i deposit using visa to unlock this option of withdraw. It was also canceled because my bank don't  accept cashouts.
I also checked is withdraw to neosurf account really restricted for my country, and it is not.
I deposit on other casino and cashout to my account without any problems (proof on  screenshot).
I don't know what to do.

I can see this a direx owned site, i have personally never had any issues making a withdrawal. But i also just use Visa card. 

But i can see on a review site that this does not have the best reputation. 

This casino are represented by Alpha Affiliates, who list their ownership as GS Technologies Ltd. While this company operates under a very similar name to GS Technology Ltd - a company that owns bCasino, who have been tied to the Game Tech Group - they insist that they have no connection what-so-ever to this company.

One of the Curacao properties run by this group - GunsBet - have withheld payment from a player because they claimed multiple welcome bonuses across the operators owned by this group. There were no clear terms prohibiting claiming multiple sign-up bonuses within this group nor indeed any indication what-so-ever of which operators were included within this restriction. This type of action where funds are withheld on vague or non-existent terms is entirely unacceptable and as such has resulted in the properties within this group holding Blacklist status.
