kontempt Posted 8 April, 2020 Share Posted 8 April, 2020 Hello, I've been using rizk for a good few years now. Not a high roller just £20 here and there. Now when I login I now have "You are in the middle of your cooldown/self exclusion period" I have not asked for a cooldown or self exclusion on rizk nor the other casinos that used to be linked with them - Casinocalzone , dunder & I believe guts. (Also unable to log into Casinocalzone and guts.) I've tried emailing & live chat with no success - I understand they may be busier due to covid-19 but I wonder if a rep from here can guide me into gaining access to my account again. Any help appreciated , thanks @LetsGiveItASpin @Nick Link to comment

JollyBhoyJohn7 Posted 30 October, 2020 Share Posted 30 October, 2020 They set me a net loss limit of £300 a month without me asking and refused to change it after I was around £2,000 up the month before, so I assume the UKGC are going hard on casinos and a few are running scared of losing licenses. Was my number one site and have not been able to play all month as I hit that limit at the start of the month Link to comment
Asle Martinsen Posted 30 October, 2020 Share Posted 30 October, 2020 Do you have a self exclusion on any BML Group casinos (Betsson Group)? Betsson operate with an umbrella-wide exclusion policy, so if you self exclude from one, they will self exclude you from all their brands. Betsson took over GIG (Rizk, Thrills, Dunder etc) in February, but I know for a fact they never cross referenced all the self exclusions after taking over GIG, but that they've likely started doing it recently.
