djsinorway Posted 24 December, 2019 Share Posted 24 December, 2019 Yes you can, Skrill automatically does the exchange for you based on their own exchange rate. So if you want to deposit lets say €20 to a casino, when you choose Skrill as payment provider then Skrill will show you how much they will withdraw from your INR balance and let you choose to accept that or not before the actual transaction is done.
