deposit into your Skrill account with Visa

Hey,

Im a player from Norway and always when I deposit with my Visa card at casinos that take like 10% fee. Not the casino but the provider. So since I have a Skrill and Neteller account I was think to deposit with my Visa card to those account, and then make a deposit to Skrill. But when I want to deposit into my Skrill account with my Visa card, it says that the money cannot be used for gambling. Does any other Norwegian players have the same problem? Shall I just deposit to Skrill and then to a casino, or do I get in trouble later?

When i deposit to skrill with my card there is option to choose, if you want to use the money for gambling or not.
