Ignored by playzee

I registered for playzee on 11th November on a link through here. 
got lucky and won. Cashed out and carried on playing. It then just chucked me out and said it was locked. 
I emailed them and they requested a picture of me next to my passport and picture of card used. 
I am just getting radio silence now and they haven’t responded to me since 15th November. 
when I go in chat I’m told a number of different things. 1 minute they can see my emails then they can’t. It can take up to 28 days to review etc etc. 
I wouldn’t mind as such if they at least acknowledged my emails so I knew it was getting dealt with. 
personally I’d avoid now. Shame as I was enjoying the site
