I tried to cash it out, and couldn't add my bank account, so I tried to withdraw through Skrill, and they told me I had to withdraw through wire transfer. I told them I can't add a bank account, and they QUICKLY CHANGED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and claimed that players from my country (The Netherlands) are not allowed to play there, and promptly CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND BANNED ME FROM LIVE CHAT. 100% I checked beforehand, and my country was NOT in the list, I always check before and take a screenshot. Your registration with us and the screenshot taken from T&Cs must have been few months ago? Please contact our support via email through support@bonkersbet.com , mention your username, make sure your account is verified (you can send docs through email) and your bankdetails and this will be solved soon. The closure of your account does not mean we won´t pay out the winnings. The only reason is you are from NL. Would be great if you could delete or revise your statement after this chase is solved.
