I would sugest find some other casino, where you can get deposit bonus. My experience is not to play at the same casino, specially after a big win. Whg has probablly 10 casinos. And there are also plenty other decent one. I have been a VIP at jj for some time now, and the only thing I get is a 50%bonus, and some smal cashback if i loose more than a few times.
