Leo vegas locked my account

Hi guys. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Yesterday I went to use my Leo Vegas account and got the message account locked. Spoke to live chat and they said it was a random security check and didn’t have any timescales as to when the account would be active again. I’ve been using the casino on a regular basis and am at level 50 vip status and fully verified for more than 2 years. Any help would be appreciated
