Got a mail saying "sign up for 100kr free on RosaCasino" 

First of you don´t get the 100kr free if you don´t provide them with a cardnumber (Visa/Mastercard etc) and that is not 100kr free sign up bonus if you ask me and it doesnt say that either in the mail but hey ok let´s try it anyways.

So i did that and made a small deposit since the welcome bonus was 100% 

Well i did not get the 100kr free even as it said so in their "bonuscalculator" they had when you make a deposit and the box for 100kr free was ticked in as well as the 100% bonus.

So went to livechat and asked what happend with the 100kr free money since i did not recieve it after depositing, and she replied that it was refused by player .... what do you mean , i asked , it was ticked in the box when i was depositing and it even showed how much money i was gonna get after deposit and when ive done my deposit it did not show up on my account.

No sorry she said i cant do nothing about it cause it says it was declined by player.

So just a heads up on that casino, i said i wanted my deposit back since i havent started playing anything yet and she said 2-5 business days until i get it back .... strange since it only takes 2sec to send them the money but ok .
