signify Posted 28 May, 2019 Share Posted 28 May, 2019 So I just been contacted, obv after trying to withdraw, that my withdrawal has been cancelled and account stipped of any promotions, also cannot make any mre accounts within the network. It is the standard maximum bet thingie. After reviewing it, turns ou that I indeed made one, ONE bet of 7.5. The thing that annoys me most and actually makes me wonder though, is the fact that after this they allowed me to play for next 6days, win big, and then confiscate eveything - 2,2k pounds from 100 depo - once I cleared it. The rule states as follows: - Significant Clause 13 - The maximum bet for any of your bonus funds is limited to £5. Should you bet higher than this using your bonus funds, you revoke such bonus funds and they shall be removed from your account. Well, technically, I still had bonus after making the bet and nothing was confiscated, I had cleared all the bonus and hence, they confiscated the cash balance! Yes, I am aware that casinos can do whatever with my funds and account, but can anyone think of anything that could help? Thanks. Link to comment

They have even banned multiple users for not depositing on their sites without bonus. Funniest thing about it, is they send a lot of deposit bonuses to you and if you use too many you will probably get banned. Just really bad, personally I will never play there again. This exclusion from bonuses is extended to include all casinos across the entire network. Yeah, you just have to admit it is kinda funny. The problem here is you broke the bonus terms even if it was only one spin like i said any other decent casino would handle this differently but WHG is known for shit like that. Link to comment

I did complain and ended up with a £130 gesture of good will. This was 666casino in my case but still a WHG casino. I went through ECOGRA. Link to comment

They usually give u money to not do it then. Had a simular post with this one year ago. Casimba caonfiscated 22000€ due to 2 missklick.
