The examination of the game server logs has shown that you have placed your bets in the total amount of 12 GBP for the Blackjack game at 12:46:20 UTC. When options bar was offered, you have pressed on DOUBLEDOWN at 12:47:42 UTC, however because of connection problems from your end at that time, your decision was not processed. As a result, AUTO STAND was applied at 12:47:42 UTC to your system. Below, please find a link of a screenshot of your game transaction. What im confused about is if it was my connection problem they would not of received the double down i lost the hand if the double happend i would of won the hand has anyone had this problem before on blackjack i was live streaming aswell. @nickslots help woudl be great Link to comment
