Identification problems - stalling strategies of casinos

I wont mention what casino this is, except that they are on the frontpage of Casinogrounds. But since I opened my account here, I have put in money now and then, and obviously lost - not a single withdrawal until this week. If they keep on stalling now, I will blow the whistle here and at AskGamblers.

I deposited 1000NOK got a few bonues, and actually got up to around 6k. I wanted to withdraw to gain back some of my losses. However I had for some reason not pre-validated my self here.

HUGE MISTAKE

So I thought the next day that I would go for even more more bonuses. I won some more, opted to withdraw 8000 - and then won even more and opted to withdraw 7000. Now they keep stalling and stalling.



Casinos are quick to validate accounts before you deposit, but for some reason if you have a cashout going, they keep on stalling, stalling and stalling some more. I have now tried to get my papers validated for three fucking days and they keep repeating they need my bankcard, identity details over and over again. I have even sent them a 1000x1000px picture.

It is pissing me off.

I feel your pain Highroller done the same to me when i tried to withdraw a few hundred but then it worked in my favor i ended up winning few thousand more. And when they approved it they came up with some story that my bonus was a png test and they are confiscating my winnings.(still waiting for a resopnse)

Update!! Now my account is Validated. Hurray for me and so on. But my withdrawal was canceled and I had the winnings back in my account. So I split in half now, to see if the process the first one, then I will start processing the next one.

There was ABSOLUTELY no problem with Voodoo Dreams a few months ago - and there I even had a bonues attached to it. (1000NOK deposit, 200% bonus, wagered and few hours later 24k was sent to my bank). No issues, no hickups.

No kim. Voodoo was a charm as I said absolutely no problems there. But this casino stalled and stalled. All sorted now thou cash on the way. But that verification process is a pain in the buttox sometimes.

For me it seem like a strategy to make you continue playing.

I've actually played on VoodooDreams myself, verification took roughly 24 hours, afterwards withdrawal was approved. Eitherway, if you have any problems with any of the casinos we advertise, please reach out here on the forums and we'll do our best that your issue will be resolved as fast as possible! While you wait for verification and withdrawal, ask support to self-exclude your account for 1-2 days so you can't gamble away your winnings!

I am sorry that I mentioned Voodoo. But I used Voodoo as an example on how it is supposed to be. Quick payouts and no fuzz on the verification part.

Now that I am verified on the casino in the initial topic, and that I wont mention by name, cashouts have been as expected. My grief was the casino DID stalled on the verification process.
