elmo991 Posted 29 May, 2017 Share Posted 29 May, 2017 Hi i was playing on casinostugan and i won 1600sek and sent in docs.got an email that my acc was verified.I tried to login but a message came up that my acc was closed so went to live chat and talked to support and he said that i have to send a picture with my face beside my ID to lock up my acc.WTF i have never heard of this before i have verifed atleast 25 acc but this shit has never happend.And i wonder if someone had to do the same thing? elmo991 Posted 29 May, 2017 Author Share Posted 29 May, 2017 Never had problems on comeon getlucky or casinostugan before have cashed out atleast one time on all of them.talked to live chat and sent the picture they wanted my face and id?and he told me they was gona send me a message when they open the acc again. got an email 6 hours later that my acc was now verified it was the 3 email that said my acc is now verified. went to the site and tried to log in again acc still closed! How can i explain if i dont know? its not much money but for me it is right now i want to puke as soon as you are up on a casino they try to confiscate your money but if you loose no problems. I know these are not really requested any longer, but do you have any problems with providing them with this so you can get your withdrawal? If so, I would do this and get your withdrawal then switch to a different casino. It seems like you have made accounts with them before, if they have more accounts with your ip connected i would ask for the profile information of each of the other accounts so you could see if that's acctually something you have made before or not. Im sure that i only made one acc from this computer and ip! but now i got this email that said multiple acc loging in from this computer so it must be my cousin that loggedh in from my computer on his acc several months ago or last year their can be no other person he is the only one that been in my apartment that plays casino. so basic im screwed if he has logged in from my computer!!! elmo991 Posted 11 June, 2017 Author Share Posted 11 June, 2017 Now the acc is verified after waiting 5 daysfor answer. but now they are asking me again why their are so many acc conected to my ip.I am the only one that registerd acc from my ip at casinostugan but my cousin may have loged in one or two times from my computer so now after all this shit sending documents for 10 days back and forward they come up with some other shit to forfeit my winnings just because i won from freespinns i got for making a deposit so shitty. So i answed the same question 3 times in 3 difrent emails pretty anoying. so now they say the economy apartment will look in to it and they will be back as soon as they looked at it! I dont care abaout the money i knew when they cloosed the acc that they would do anything in their power to forfeit my winnings.Their lost not mine.Some of my friends will never ever do a single deposit again at their casinos (COMEON) so they are the BIG loosers here loosing high roller customers.
