Got a mail later the winnings were confiscated because I’ve had betted to much on one slot. The maximum was 50 sek/bet. I had bought a bonusfeature on Buffalo for 1000 SEK but the betsize is still 10 sek. This was 2 weeks ago. Got a mail today and They are willing to give me 10.000 sek to move on and forget about it, should I take it?? Quote Link to comment

However, bonus buys when wagering are restricted everywhere and by the letter of the law they should be giving you nothing. Quote Link to comment

It says 50sek/bet and you did 1000sek/bet (even though FS stake is 10SEK). Bet & Stake is not the same for bonus buys! Quote Link to comment

pausefisk Posted 12 November, 2018 Share Posted 12 November, 2018 Since you didnt name the casino we cant read the terms, but in general you most likely broke the rule even if the bonus buy stake was 10kr, the total bet amount (if you see your bet history) was 1000kr, way over allowed bet size. Most casinos out there would not give you anything, and confiscate all your winnings, so i think the deal you got is a very good one. Take the 10k offer, but there is no need to run from the casino, i think they have treated you very well! Thumbs up! The bonus buy features thats is getting more and more common is something the casinos needs to solve. Either they must allow it on bonus money (as long as the stake is within the bet limit), or somehow disable the buy feature when you are playing with bonus funds. Mabye this is something the Casino Grounds management can get up for debate around (at least) the casinos they promote here. 1 1 Quote Link to comment

The casino gave me about one third back which I decided to take but I think their should be warnings or balance should go to zero on games where you will break terms if you play or buy big spins or bonuses. Not even a little somthing. Personally it annoys me thinking about it and i seriously hope that this does not happen to anybody else. I play poker @partypoker. We have a home game there.
