Been playing for over a month at Partycasino. And I dont know what is going on with my account, maybe it's just very very very bad luck but I have to share it with you guys.

Did 21 deposits and 0 withdrawals and played all kind over different bet sizes from €0.40 to €10.00 but I cant hit anything. Takes me over a few 1000 spins to actually even hit a bonus in any game.

Reactoonz never goes further then 3 out of 5 bars to hit the garga. Oh and not to mention, when I hit the bonus it's usually 0-50x max.

 

It feels weird, since I played a lot before, I made contact with them trough live chat. And told them I wanted to close my account. 

They could offer me another 50 euro's bonus to give it one more try. First slot I pick withing 5 spins I hit a bonus with a 104x win. 

But now I have to wager.. I'll let you know the outcome. But I expect a big fat 0 incomming. 

 

My question to you is, does anyone have any experience playing at Partycasino?

edit: Said I'd let you know. Well the money is gone already. Couldn't hit anything anymore. Closed my account at Partycasino.

I play there and have done so for a long time. 

Last time, a few weeks ago I won up from 300€ to 11k€ and then lost it all back to the casino. Everything within 48 hours. 
So yes, you can win there but also lose quickly. 

Now I am on a cold streak. 10 deposits of around 5k€ total and no luck. 
I play fairly high though, 10€+ so money goes quickly down if running bad.

Stay away from that casino. Only heard bad things about it. And not to mention what you just wrote....To offer a bonus when someone wants to close their account is terrible, just awful!

I just closed it and once I explained to her why I wanted to close my account she said and I quote. "Sir I dont see this conversation going anywhere".

All I did was explain to her that it was weird that I couldn't hit anything on the slots they have and I can hit on other casino's just fine.

I told her that she showed 0% empathy as I was just explaining the reason. She probably said that because she already closed my account.

Before all that she was the fake kind helping chat worker. Absolutely pathetic. 

I always stay fair and kind to people as long as they respect me for the things I do.

But to shut the explanation off with "I dont see this going anywhere"

 

Rude.. very rude.

And for those who think it's a good casino, well that's your experience. Mine is bad just bad.

its definetly just bad luck, partypoker/partycasino is a very legit and reputable site, ive played there for 2 years, had some of my biggest cashouts from there and they are always processed within 24h, great cashback program too. And im wondering what type of response where you looking/hoping for from the support?

I only just visited Party Poker to deposit on their casino. I received a message (thankfully, by the looks of it now) that my account was closed for self exclusion lol. I have never even made a deposit on their site, as i used to only play poker on PP and when i started playing i won a few tickets from their community freerolls on their facebook private group i joined. It was UK only based. Anyways, i won from the tickets then spent it all again. Like i say, never even made a deposit on the site, yet they banned me because LADBROKES are a sister company now. Party Poker are a great poker site, and the news that they are any way related to Ladbrokes now, was disappointing to say the least... I actually came here to post a thread and ask for advice on this lol, just noticed this thread before i posted it. . I had a look at the games and i couldn't find any details on RTP (return to player %) on any games. I also noticed they had a lot of dodgy looking games with the likes of extra chilli and other popular games hidden away, until i searched them. Most of the games they have on show look like low RTP games that i wouldn't play.

Just bad luck. I had to put a 6 month pause on my account at Videoslots because i've made many (20+) deposits (with and without bonuses) and not a single cashout. Stakes are usually around 0.5 - 2€. Deposits around 100€ - 300€ each time. I know there is nothing wrong with Videoslots, it has some good promotions and many games, but i was just very unlucky. But again, casino is about luck so no need to play on the casinos where you dont hit anything

Agreed. They surely have one of the best cashback programs for medium/highstake players. 
I have never received 5.000$ but not far away from it. I usually land on 750-1500$ in cashback those weeks I play there.
