21Casino breaking their own t&c's and possibly money laundering laws?

Hello, on the 21st of July I withdrew a small amount from 21Casino, after not receiving it for a week I was informed that they had definitely sent the money, and I just had to wait, I was told they had sent it to the last card I deposited with, which makes sense. After being fobbed off with general live chat replies for over a week, I contacted them again just keep getting the same replies, they've sent it to my last deposited card etc. Still not received it 2 days ago so I contacted them again via email and they have informed me that they have sent the money to a card with a bank I am no longer with, to a card that expired in 2/18, which was obviously not the card I last deposited with.

Is it any good contacting the gambling commission about them not following their own terms and conditions or potentially some other authority that monitors casinos and money laundering?

In their t&c's it states:

• ALL WITHDRAWALS WILL BE PAID BACK TO THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT ON THE ACCOUNT.
• THE MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL IS £10.
• ALL TRANSACTIONS SHALL BE CHECKED IN ORDER TO PREVENT MONEY LAUNDERING. WE SHALL REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTIONS TO THE RELEVANT COMPETENT AUTHORITIES IN THE UK AND/OR THE COUNTRY YOU ARE BASED IN. IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY RELATING TO ANY OF THE GAMES OR ANYTHING RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, YOU MUST REPORT THIS TO US IMMEDIATELY. WE MAY SUSPEND, BLOCK OR CLOSE AN ACCOUNT AND WITHHOLD FUNDS IF REQUESTED TO DO SO IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.
• ENHANCED DUE DILIGENCE MAY BE DONE IN RESPECT OF WITHDRAWALS OF FUNDS NOT USED FOR WAGERING.

Thanks for any help.

Yes, I've deposited with that card over a year ago but obviously not since then because it expired in Feb this year. I thought the deal was that they had to withdraw to your most recently used card, or at least take net deposits into account per card before you can withdraw to another one.
