Alleone Posted 30 May, 2018 Share Posted 30 May, 2018 I received a weird email from customer support on Rizk. They said that to prevent money laundering I had to place bets equivalent to the deposit I had made. I have never heard of that before and have played on numerous sites over many years. So what this means is if I deposit 500€ and instatly hits a bonus and decide to cash out I first have to place bets for 500€.. Can this really be legit? Any opinions..? Link to comment

I think most, if not all casinos have a rule in their T&C's stating that deposit needs to be wagered at least 1 time (some casinos have that up to 5 times) due to money laundering. It's a pretty standard rule. Link to comment
scbaird1234 Posted 30 May, 2018 Share Posted 30 May, 2018 yes its common now with sites like Ladbrokes, Williamhill and the likes, its basicly when you deposit money into a site then try to take it right back out using a different deposit method, its to safeguard your money and although bothersome its good in the long run.
