mlamb Posted 1 March, 2017 Share Posted 1 March, 2017 Has anyone else had a problem with redbet casino confiscating withdrawals because a game was played that is not allowed for wagering? Link to comment

Terms say: The list of excluded games includes, but is not limited to, the following games; Table Games, Poker Games, Slots with Progressive Jackpots, Mega Joker, Jackpot 6000, Video Poker Games, Champion of the Track, The Wish Master, Devil’s Delight, Super Monopoly Money and Castle Builder. Bonus funds originating from any welcome bonus or first deposit bonus cannot be wagered on Dead or Alive. If you have played either of these games, you breached them and they will void your winnings. That's why always read T&C before taking any bonuses. So as much as I would like to advise you something better, in this case nothing can be done. Link to comment
LetsGiveItASpin Posted 2 March, 2017 Share Posted 2 March, 2017 Those games are pretty standard for exclusion, what I do think every casino should do though is to not let people open them with bonus funds if they are not allowed to play. Link to comment
mlamb Posted 3 March, 2017 Author Share Posted 3 March, 2017 Thanks for the advice I'll just have to be more careful next time Link to comment
GamblerIdiot Posted 3 March, 2017 Share Posted 3 March, 2017 actually they have no need to confiscate the funds, rather they should block the game as Kim says or just not count them whilst wagering. I am permanently selfexcluded due to one misclick on a barred game costing me 4.5k in winnings... One spin, no excepetion made by support... that was in 2014 though... take your business elsewhere, casinos need to learn to be a bit more lenient these times and it is technically possible to protect players that play with bonus funds Link to comment
David Labowsky Posted 3 March, 2017 Share Posted 3 March, 2017 Yeah casinos should just block those games from opening. Plenty of casinos do that already. Link to comment
