LeoVegas not paying

Hey there just wondering if anyone could help me out, basically a while back, I self excluded myself from Royal Panda casino and every other casino hoping to just keep LeoVegas and Thrills. I then recieved an email informing me that my Leo account had been closed due to the fact that Royal Panda and Leo are the same company. Anyway about 5 months after I created myself a new Leo account, solely to try out Extra Chilli, I ended up making a withdrawal and my account got locked. After various attempts on the live chat, and also emails stating that I know I had breached terms and would be happy just to get my deposits back I still have got nowhere. This has been ongoing now for over a fortnight and I would just like someone to give me a hand. Cheers.

I think that is very sneaky of Leovegas, they should have told him before making the deposit .

Not taking his money and then blocking his account. Rizk casino also tried this trick with me . I had won big on Calzone 1700 euro 

Then i received a email of the manager of Rizk asking me if i wanted to close my account with them. The reason for being i had gone on chat with a complaint.

Very sneaky because if i had sad yes to closing my account at Rizk, calzone could have voided paying me my money.

I think it's ridiculous as most punters haven't a clue who owns which casino and these casinos should carry some kind notice in their name,eg Royal Panda a Leo Vegas site or something similar. I think this is intentional that they do this knowing that they can catch a few customers out and confiscate their cash using 'a breach of terms' as a convenient excuse. It's about time these people were transparent and should be forced by legislation to do so.

Stay away from royal panda and anything to do with them,

When i deposited on panda i got down to £20 and i did a £20 spin on roulette getting me up to £100,

Because i had a bonus attached they said max bet is £5, but said nothing till the day after when my balance was up to £2.5k after hitting joker pro jackpot line.

They took it all from me and wrote on an email ..... Dear player as a will of good gesture we have given you £20 back as this was your balance at time of breach, I bety they wouldnt of told me if my £20 spin on roulette would have missed.

Its hard enough to win let alone win and get your money.
