Now you think that this cant be true and that i have no proof and that im some lame idiot? Well ive got a very nice email directly from support showing that Megarush claims they sent me 10 000 NOK in one go which would be around 978 €. I only recieved 5876,87 NOK 577 €. Down below ill show you the bankstatement proving it. Its just the tip of the iceberg of how awful an experience ive had with this casino. They asked me to find a bankstatement proving that they didnt make a mistake (theyve asked for 2x in less than a week) low and behold in my bankstatement it clearly shows that they paid me 577 €. below is a cropped picture of said transaction from my bankstatement: It also shows theres no extra fees being eaten except for 20 NOK by my bank which is effectively 1,96 €. So if you ever wanna withdraw from megarush casino theres a chance they might give you half of what you have withdrawn. It will take days before they even respond to your mails. Their support named "Marta" which ive encountered several times sucks ass and should be fired, she has a rude tone and it feels like shes judging you to be some fool, no way will she believe "THEY" made a mistake because you are the idiot gambling (thats what it feels like to me anyway). So what do you say guys? Megarush casino Yay or nay? Its a big Nay for me.

Well its less than half more like they gave me 5800 out of 10 000 and kept the rest, Today when i contacted them they told me they transferred it all in one go so it shouldnt be devided. Also to fix this issue they are asking for the 3rd bank statement (2nd one in less than a week). I must say this casino is really bugging the shit out of me, who just casually loses 4000 NOK in bank transfers? It aint really that pro.

And ding ding ding! WE GOT MORE INFO!!! This is just glorious. like i said above there was a second withdrawal pending which they gave me hell about. It was a measley 10 000 NOK or 1000 ish €. Now heres where it gets awesome... they transferred HALF of the money to me and now they claim they dont know where the rest is! 100% scam!

Ive played on megarush a lil, and i had big luck on wins which probably is the reason why i like the site, BUT - Their support is the worst ever, its not instant and can take days. - Their staff is utterly shit except for one very helpful support they have/had named Matteo (big cred) - Im used to drawn and halted verification processes but Megarush is hands down the worst it took me almost a week to get verified because they simply did not accept this and that and it had to be done this way. - My connection to their site is slow so they dont have to much "engine" on the site to handle my connection fast enough (minor issue). - The first time i wanted a cashout the process was dreadful.. i got so frustrated i almost was willing to throw away 8000 €. - The second time i went for a cashout imagine what happened after i had cashed out and took a break from the site for a while? They asked me to yet AGAIN verify my deposit method and this after i had locked myself out of my account.. i had yet again to face the dreadful supportstaff and this time there was no good staff... I hope you heed my warning about the site, they have an ok game collection but would it be worth it when your hair will go gray cause of stress and frustration?

I can add to this: 1. Obvious staling their verification process: All my documents are green light and aproved.. still says its stuck at 95% and that maaaybe adding more documents can "speed up the time". 2. Deposits are instant, withdrawals are probably gonna take weeks if it even happens. There should be rules and regulations that provided customers of the same amount of time between deposits and withdrawals. 3. They do copypaste the same messages, and its the same names as you mentioned above.
