Hello people! So i deposit 45 euro on neonvegas.com 10.5.21 and my deposit didnt go into my account even tho it was withdrawn from my bank. i contact their chat and was told it could take 48 hours. 48 hours later still no money on my account. contacted chat again and they said the money was on their way back to my bank accounts cause of an error. it could take 5 working days they said. 24 of may i still had'nt recived my money, so i contacted the chat again. i was told i needed to give the full bank history since the deposit, i said i wanted to blur out transactions that was not relevant. They said i couldn't do that,, and demanded a full full bank history, so i did what they said. the 29 th of may my bank sendt me an sms, that the blocked my card because it was used on a site that triggered their systems. 11 of june i contacted them again, still no money. again they want my full bank history. i told them, ive already done that , and i won't do it again.
