I have only deposited via one methood jeroen so that should not be the issue at all

Dear gamblers. On Wendsday(11.8.21) I withdrew 500 euros from a casino called Nomini.com. To begin with I was going to withdraw more but they had a 500 euro withdraw limit so i played with the remaining 100-200 euros I had left. I asked in the live chat how long it would take to withdraw and they said it would take 3 working days so the money should be with me on monday(16.8.21). Today I did not recive the money and I logged into the site and saw they had cancelled the withdrawal. They did not notify me via email and I went back to the live chat and kindly asked them to get this sorted out for me. They asked me to deposit with another method and withdraw via that methood. They also said I would need to verify that methood. I said no way. They said it would take 3 more working days to get the money. I said that was absurd because their policy promises it takes 3 working days to withdraw via debit/credit card. I said it was their mistake and I would like to get the money asap. They simply refused and closed the chat. I also want to point out they have no limits/responsible gambling policy because to begin with I asked them to put my account on cooldown while I was in the withdrawal process and they said that was not possible. The experiance with this casino has been beyond shitty and I have not experianced anything like this. So beaware of this casino dear gamblers
